Hello,
Congratulations in making your first steps into searching for help. I know how daunting this can feel.
Life can be hard at times. We can experience a loss, change in our health, family circumstances or work life. Maybe our relationships are not fulfilling our needs and we don't know how to change things. At times we don't feel good about ourselves, loose confidence in our ability to cope with life or maybe we feel impacted by past experiences or heldback through feelings of anger ,shame or guilt. Sometimes we don't know what's wrong but we just know something isn't right.

Before i came into the counselling world i was a trained nurse and latterly working within the medical field as a pathway care finder. I currently work with clients bereaved by suicide, from 24hours going forward, giving support and guidance. I have experience with loss, anxiety, depression, anger & relationship difficulties. I also enjoy my work with teenagers finding life difficult, unsure where to turn.

Couldn’t recommend Jennifer more highly. I was struggling to manage the complexities of a family relationship breakdown and my partner who had sudden ill health. Jennifer made me feel relaxed, optimistic and gave me the confidence to leave each session with a desire to build upon what we’ve talked about. I can see clear differences from my first session 6 months ago to today, and can honestly say I feel completely different. Thank you Jennifer for all your assistance and guidance.

Jennifer was a pleasure to be around @ a very difficult time in my life, patient, caring & a very good listener with great knowledge & advice. Sadly due to other circumstances I only had a couple of sessions with her BUT she certainly set me on a better path.

It's now 10 months on from my first counselling session with Jennifer and I am so grateful for her patience and understanding. At the beginning of the year I had arrived at a truly difficult period if my life with light at the end of tunnel seemingly elusive.
